Beaming Baby Organic Facial Cleansing Wipes

The Beaming Baby Organic Facial Cleansing Wipes are alcohol and perfume free and contain, amongst other organic ingredients, aloe vera. They are certified organic and vegan.

This product comes in a pack of 25 wipes and they are designed for removing water-based make-up. I didn’t try them on my eyes as there is no mention of suitability for this sensitive area, but I used them to remove my other make-up at the end of the day. They have a light, pleasant scent and easily removed make-up. The wipes have a damp feel and your face is left feeling moist, which I like as you don’t feel the need to rinse with water. Due to the dampness, I waited a few minutes before moisturising, although my skin was not left feeling taut and dry even before this, as can be the case with some cleansing products.

A packet of Beaming Baby Organic Facial Cleansing Wipes costs about £2.50 which is competitive with both regular and organic brands (and 10% of Beaming Baby’s profits go to charity). Following the initial review, Beaming Baby have confirmed that the wipes, the material for which comes from sustainable forests, are not only biodegradable, but compostable and flushable. The plastic pack could be recycled where facilities exist.
