Beyond Organic Mother & Baby Pack

The Beyond Organic Mother & Baby Pack consists of their Chamomile & Calendula Baby Oil (60ml) and the Tamanu with Shea and Cocoa Butters Stretch Mark Cream (50ml). These products are also available separately.

Firstly, I’ll give you my thoughts on the Beyond Organic Chamomile & Calendula Baby Oil. As is suggested by the manufacturer, this is suitable both for babies and adults so I gave it a try on both! This product has a lovely scent, which is quite delicate, making it particularly pleasant as an eye make-up remover and for use with children. As an eye make-up remover I found it to be effective and I also tried it after showering. You don’t need much oil and it leaves skin nice and soft. The same applies having added it to my little one’s bath in place of the usual emollient we use, and it is great to think that the ingredients are all organic.

So, onto the Tamanu with Shea and Cocoa Butters Stretch Mark Cream. This has a stronger scent, which is quite different to any other brands I have used but is very much a natural smell. As the name indicates, this product is primarily designed for stretch marks and scar tissue and can be used during pregnancy. (It can apparently also be used on cracked nipples, although, thankfully, I was not in a position to try this out)! I didn’t use this product for a long length of time so it is difficult to tell whether it made a real difference to stretch marks, but it is a lovely thick cream which would certainly also appeal for pampering a pregnancy bump! You don’t need much cream either, so it would last a while.

The Beyond Organic products come in glass jars & bottles with metal lids within a cardboard box making them easy to recycle. These products retail at about £11.50 for the Baby Oil (60ml) and £19.90 for the Stretch Mark Cream (50ml) or with a 10% reduction if you buy them together in the Mother & Baby Pack. This is expensive but you are paying for the completely natural and organic ingredients.
