Côteaux d’Aix en Provence (Rosé organic wine) from the Domaine Les Béates winery is a French, organic and biodynamic wine. This organic wine has a light pink, a dominant clear fruity bouquet with a wonderful nuance of wild berry jam. Well balanced on the palate, with volume and slightly spicy finish.
My family and I tried this wine before and during a meal and, whilst not being wine experts, found it to be an enjoyable drink. This is a pale, clear Rosé with a delicate bouquet. I found the taste to be light and smooth, although actually this wine is quite strong at 13%. Personally, I felt it was best suited as an aperitif or served with canapés, but is also suitable for drinking with a meal.
At less than £8 a bottle, the Côteaux d’Aix en Provence (Rosé organic wine) is great value and the glass bottle is of course recyclable.
